I have a deep interest in understanding and working with women's health. Having lived through my own share of health and life challenges, I have a keen awareness of the impact stress and lifestyle can have on us. I love building a therapeutic relationship with my patients and supporting them through difficult times in their lives whatever that may be. For some it may be supporting them whilst they are trying for a baby or going through IVF, for others it may be hormonal issues, menopausal changes, depression, chronic illness or back pain. I take the time to really listen to what is going on with patients and use acupuncture to help improve symptoms and wellbeing.

In my private life, I am a mother to three young adults who I love spending time with. I'm married to an artist and I also love spending time outdoors walking in the hills or gardening. 

 

As a professional member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the British Association for Nutrition and lifestyle Medicine (BANT). I have undertaken extensive further formal training including completing a research project into Recurrent Miscarriage in fulfilment of an MSc in Acupuncture and a Diploma in Advanced Fertility Support, Women's Health Mastery and Vagiverstiy.
